Away Day at St Mark’s Epis­co­pal Church, Por­to­bel­lo High Street, EH15 2AR. This includes a morn­ing rehearsal fol­lowed by lunch, work­shops and time for strolls in the after­noon, sup­per and an evening ceilidh. You are wel­come to come for some or all of it. More details near­er the time.

Cost:
We will be ask­ing for dona­tions to cov­er the cost of the day on a slid­ing scale from £10 — £20 or what you can afford

Help:
You are invit­ed to bring ban­ners, flags etc to dec­o­rate the venue and help with set­ting up from 9.30am. There will be sign up sheets for help with refresh­ment and meal breaks dur­ing the day.

Jane Dud­man will have her lap­top to show cur­rent web­site devel­op­ments (sub­ject to WIFI con­nec­tion). Thank you, Jane.

Timetable:
I will send out a timetable for the day near­er the time but the pro­gramme will include:

• 2 or 3 singing ses­sions with a refresh­ment break dur­ing the morning, 
• a soup and fin­ger food lunch pro­vid­ed by PiH (with help from soup drag­ons) There will be a signup sheet for soup offers at Saturday’s rehearsal. You are asked to keep receipts for any ingre­di­ents so we can reim­burse you.
• A choice of two work­shops dur­ing the after­noon: top­ics TBC.

One may be per­for­mance relat­ed and the oth­er around hav­ing dif­fi­cult conversations

• A bring and share supper
• An evening ceilidh host­ed by John Ire­son (thank you John!)
